Can I use my existing phone numbers using Maqsam’s software?
Yes, you can connect your own telephony lines with your Maqsam account, given that you have the required setup (infrastructure) including SIP trunks, separately you can map your current 9200 or 800 numbers to your Maqsam account directly without any extra hardware.
Do you provide local or international phone numbers?
Yes, Maqsam can provide local and international phone numbers, however compliance requirements may vary from one country to another. Like having local company registrations.
What are the requirements to activate a new DID number?
The requirements differ from one country to another with a bare minimum having a company registration to your business. Other requirements may include authorization letters, proof of address, and other documents.
Do you integrate with CRM systems?
Yes, Maqsam can be integrated natively with multiple CRM systems through ready-made applications without any technical work required from your account admins.
Do you offer open APIs for custom integrations?
Yes, Maqsam offers a full suite of APIs that can be used to integrate your Maqsam account with any internal or third party systems.
Do you integrate with WhatsApp and WhatsApp chatbots?
Maqsam integrates the WhatsApp (Meta Business) API to enable your call center agents to serve WhatsApp conversations within the same Maqsam customer service software. However, WhatsApp chatbot is to be released soon.

You can use Maqsam’s report generator to build and customize your own reports with the metrics that you care about or build on top of most common reports templates and schedule these reports to be sent out automatically on a frequency of your choice.
What types of reports are available, and can I customize them?
Maqsam portal offers a collection of historical call dashboards, live control panels and a report generator through which you can customize your own.
What hardware or equipment is required from my side?
