At the Seamless Middle East exhibition, Maqsam launched its AI conversational chatbot, powered by its own Large Language Model (LLM) built specifically for Arabic. The chatbot offers hyper-local dialect support, continuous self-improvement through data feedback, and a customizable personality to match each business's tone, delivering natural, human-like conversations at scale.

Maqsam's CEO, Sinan Taifour, noted that Maqsam's LLM was "built from the ground up for Arabia, with the Arabic language at its center," addressing a gap left by international players who overlook Arabic's linguistic complexity. The launch builds on Maqsam's earlier milestone as the region's first CCaaS platform with call analytics and Arabic speech-to-text that outperforms global tech providers.
